About Us

We are a small family run farm, specialising in producing top quality, totally free range, naturally reared pork, lamb, hogget, mutton and wild foraged foods to order.

We started rearing pigs purely out of a desire for top quality meat and frustration at not being able to find it in supermarkets...

An accomplished cook, Adam came at farming from a foodie angle, therefore the husbandry, happiness and feed of the animals is of the utmost importance.

We dig wallows of mud for our pigs to cool down in the summer and even collect windfall apples to finish them in autumn!

 

 

 

 

 

 

The meadows our sheep graze on are never sprayed or fertilized and have a wide range of wildflowers and foliage for forage.

Our business has grown now to the point where we do all the butchery on farm and are developing chorizo, salami, and parma style ham as well as other charcuterie products and textiles such as home spun wool, sheep skin rugs and fleeces.
